In a traditional Reiki session, I use light touch or hover my hands just above your body to guide energy where it’s needed most. This helps to clear energy blockages, promote relaxation, and enhance overall well-being. If you’re looking to blend physical and energetic healing, my Reiki Massage combines the best of both worlds: 70% massage and 30% Reiki, for a deeply restorative experience. The Reiki Massage is fully claimable with health insurance for those with massage coverage.
